Use Essential loom instead of ForgeGradle, update Gradle to
8.14.3and shadow to9.2.2.Left code for access transformers commented because I will probably use them later.
Unfortunately the mod version number has to be manually updated in
EntityCullingModnow as I don't know of a way to achieve what the code previously did without adding a whole new dependency (which is unnecessary for such a simple thing).
